The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) request to enter into a Sole Source contract with Wildlife Genetics International, Inc. (WGI). WDFW is working on a multi-year black bear monitoring project that is used to manage the black bear population In Washington and set harvest regulations for the species.
