Sealed Request for Proposals for the City of Seabrook Urban Planning Services To Update The Zoning Ordinance, Seabrook Project No. 2026-04 will be received until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 by the Purchasing Coordinator, Rebecca Howton, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, Texas 77586. Bids must be received and time stamped by the Purchasing Department prior to the aforementioned time, when they will be publicly opened and read aloud at Seabrook City Hall. No late bids will be accepted. Bidding documents may be obtained from the city website at www.seabrooktx.gov , through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com , or through at www.civcastusa.com . RFPs may also be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. To submit an RFP electronically, an account will need to be created in Public Purchase, and then RFP 2026-04 can be accessed for electronic submission.
