At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 340 SY of Removing Asphalt Pavement, 63,406 SY of Milling, 800 LF of Removing Concrete Curb and Gutter, 964 SF of Removing Concrete Sidewalk, 43 SY of Removing Concrete Valley Gutter, 290 CY of Unclassified Excavation, 2523 SY of Base Course, 57 SY of Installing 6” Reinforced Concrete Valley Gutter, 31 SY of Installing 6” Concrete Fillet Section, 4,535 SF of Installing 4” Concrete Sidewalk, 720 SF of Furnishing & Installing Detectable Warning Panels, 883 LF of Installing Wtn. Modified SDDOT Type B66 C&G or Type P Gutter, 20 Inlet Protections, 62,578 SY of Hot Mix Asphalt, 25 Manhole adjustments, and landscaping. Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2025 PMP A – ASPHALT PAVING, PROJECT NO. 2502 The Project has an expected completion date of OCTOBER 31, 2025 . Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: www.watertownsd.us Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
