Description

<p>The City of Winter Haven is seeking firms interested and qualified to construct a Complete Street Project (LAP) on our behalf.<br><br>Scope of Work: The project corridor extends along 3rd Street NW from Avenue D to South Lake Silver Drive.&nbsp; The planned complete street improvements encompass modifications to both horizontal and vertical roadway geometry, incorporation of a variable-width median, reconfiguration of on-street parking, construction of drainage swales, and installation of 8-foot sidewalks on both sides of the roadway.&nbsp; The design includes a conventional roundabout at the Avenue E NW and a peanut-shaped roundabout at the Avenue F NW intersection.&nbsp; The scope of work also includes upgrades to sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, lighting, signage, pavement markings, and on street parking.<br>&nbsp;</p>
