SCOPE AND BACKGROUND: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Administration/ Buildings & General Services (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide janitorial services at 41 Spring Tree Lane, Brattleboro, Vermont. 1.2.
