RFP: Survey and Platting of Aniak-Doestock II RRCS SubdivisionThe Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water is soliciting proposals for a professional services contract for the surveying and platting of approximately 266 acres of State-owned land. Alaska State Land Survey (ASLS) No. 2026-03 Aniak-Doestock II Remote Recreational Cabin Sites consists of 20 parcels ranging from 5 to 20 acres. PLEASE NOTE: It is the proposer’s responsibility to read the entire contents of this RFP and to provide a responsive proposal. Please pay particular attention to the sections on:Project Schedule (page 6)Deliverables (page 6)Proposal Format and Content ( page 14)Proposal Evaluation Criteria ( page 19)Proposals must be received in writing at the Issuing Office no later than 2:00 P.M. on March 26, 2026. Failure to meet the deadline will result in disqualification of the proposal without review.
