Print Bid Title: RFQ for Airport Entrance Sign Replacement Category: Airport Status: Closed Description: Request for Qualifications For Airport Entrance Sign Replacement Northeast Wyoming Regional Airport Gillette, Wyoming Description of Work: The Northeast Wyoming Regional Airport Board is soliciting statements of qualifications and experience from sign design and installation consultants. Projects include the following: Preliminary investigation, design, review, and coordinate with Airport Staff for the installation of a new entrance sign for the airport on the corner of Airport Road and US-14/16 Coordinate the removal of the old sign Update Terminal Area signage with logo rebranding and wording (interior and exterior) Submittal Requirements: The consulting firm must submit a proposal that meets the requirements as set forth in this RFQ. Three (3) printed copies and one electronic version of the completed proposal submitted in a pdf format is required. The proposal shall be clear and concise, not exceeding 10 single sided pages. The proposal shall include, at a minimum, the following: A list of related major business signage design projects that the consultant has completed in the last 2 years. Photos of related projects. A description of your firm’s capacity to accomplish projects: 1) on a tight time schedule; 2) that overlap; and 3) where multiple projects are undertaken. Qualifications of assigned personnel. Three (3) business references that have used your services in the past.
