The project has been completed in conformance with the contract with Western Municipal Construction of Wyoming, Inc. of Meeteetse, Wyoming. In accordance with Wyoming State Statutes, the 41-day final payment notification period will begin with the first newspaper advertisement on Wednesday, November 28th. Western Municipal Construction of Wyoming, Inc. is entitled to final payment due on January 7, 2019. Claims for labor and materials furnished to the Contractor must be submitted to the Town of Jackson, Attention Brian Lenz-Town Engineer, PO Box 1687, Jackson WY 83001 prior to the specified date of final payment.
