Bids will be accepted from all bidders. The lowest responsive bidder must demonstrate successful completion of projects of similar size and scope to be considered for the award of this contract. The City of Belfast retains the right to reject any and all bids. Description: City Park Entrance Enhancement Installation Location: In Waldo County and Belfast, Maine, the project is located at the City Park on Northport Ave. Outline of Work: Site analysis, engineering preparation, and installation of retaining wall, patio, and steps; existing plant, rock and flagpole relocation; construction and install of interpretive signs, and benches. Questions received after 12:00 noon of the Friday prior to bid date will not be answered. Bidders shall not contact any other City staff for clarification of Contract provisions, and the City will not be responsible for any interpretations so obtained. Bid proposals are available electronically at www.cityofbelfast.org . Plans, specifications, and bid forms may also be seen at the Parks and Recreation Department office on the 2 nd floor of Belfast City Hall.
