The City of Belfast retains the right to reject any and all bids. Description: City Park Entrance Enhancement Installation Location: In Waldo County and Belfast, Maine, the project is located at the City Park on Northport Ave. Outline of Work: Site analysis, engineering preparation, and installation of retaining wall, patio, and steps; existing plant, rock and flagpole relocation; construction and install of interpretive signs, and benches.
