Description
The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform rental and delivery of janitorial supplies at various DMV field offices for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services and Exhibit F for a complete office listing and estimated item quantities. The anticipated term for this Agreement is April 1, 2026 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through March 31, 2028. Questions are due 2/26/2026 at 4:30 p.m. Answers will be posted 3/3/2026 by 4:30 p.m. Bids are due 3/9/2026 at 11:59 p.m. and must be emailed to DMVBIDS@dmv.ca.gov. The estimated cost for this project is $161,316.00.
