Print Bid Title: Request for Proposals to Provide Janitorial Services Category: Board of County Commissioners Status: Closed Description: The Board of Natrona County Commissioners (“BOCC”) gives this notice that it is accepting sealed proposals to provide janitorial services for the (1) County Courthouse located at 200 North Center Street, Casper, Wyoming (“CCH”); (2) Townsend Justice Center located at 115 North Center Street, Casper, Wyoming; (3) Hall of Justice located at 201 North David Street, Casper, Wyoming, and (4) Agricultural Extension building, 2011 Fairgrounds Road, Casper, Wyoming for a period ending June 30, 2021. To submit a proposal: (1) obtain an RFP packet from the BOCC’s Office, 200 N Center ST, STE 115, Casper, WY 82601 or online at the County website, www.natronacounty-wy.gov ; (2) at 10:00 a.m. on April 24, 2019 , attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through beginning at the CCH (3) prepare a proposal in accordance with the RFP packet instructions; and (4) submit a proposal in a sealed opaque envelope labeled “Proposal to provide janitorial services” to Steve Brown, Natrona County Building Manager, 200 N Center, STE 115, Casper, WY 82601 no later than 10:00 a.m. on May 1, 2019 . At approximately 10:00 a.m. on May 1, 2019, a BOCC agent will publicly open, read aloud, and record all properly submitted proposals. The BOCC will not open a proposal it receives after the deadline or a proposal that is not in a sealed opaque envelope properly labeled. The BOCC retains its right to reject a proposal(s) in full or in part, waive technicalities, and accept the proposal it determines is in the best interest of Natrona County.
