Project work consists of but is not limited to the following: General Aviation Taxilanes Reconstruction and Extension will consist of excavation, demolition, grading, drainage improvements, hot mix asphalt pavement, seeding and incidental work. Contract time for the project shall be dependent upon the alternates awarded. The following details the contract time for each phase. Phase 1 • Alternate B Awarded: 30 Calendar Days • Alternate C Awarded: 14 Calendar Days • Both Alternates B and C Awarded: 40 Calendar Days Phase 2 • 30 Calendar Days Phase 3 • 30 Calendar Days Phase 4 • Only Base Bid Awarded: 45 Calendar Days • Base Bid and Alternate A Awarded: 60 Calendar Days Along with the calendar day contract time per phase, project shall have completion date of July 1, 2025.
