Description

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to repair High Water Bridge bents at Camp Roberts. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov. Subject line must include the IFB No. 125629, High Water Bridge Bents Repair and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 2/17/2026, at 1:00 PM at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, San Miguel, CA 93451. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Jordan Bernal at Jordan.Bernal@cmd.ca.gov. The Prime Contractor must possess a valid California CSLB Class A ¿ General Engineering Contractor license at the time of bid and throughout the duration of the contract. In addition, either: The Prime Contractor must also hold a C-8 (Concrete) classification if performing concrete work directly; or Concrete work may be performed by subcontractors who possess the appropriate CSLB classification, such as C-8 (Concrete). All subcontractors performing specialized trades must hold the proper CSLB license classification for their respective work. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Jordan Bernal at Jordan.Bernal@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 3/10/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 125629. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 4/15/2026 at 2:15 PM.
