Description

This solicitation has been cancelled in its entirety. 

The Embassy of the United States of America in Oslo invites all interested and responsible vendors to submit quotations for waste removal services at the U.S. Embassy Compound and its Deputy Chief of Mission residence in Oslo, Norway according to the attached solicitation document.

All quotations must be prepared in English and submitted in PDF format by e-mail on or before January 20, 2026, 16:00 p.m. (Oslo local time) to OsloGSOBids@state.gov with subject line “Waste Removal Services – 19NO6026Q0003”. No quotations will be accepted after the indicated deadline.

For a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the following:

  1. Standard Form SF-1449
  2. Section 1 and Section 5 of the Request for Quotation
  3. Additional information as required in Section 3 of the Request for Quotation.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
