West Chester Township (the “Township”) invites proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide an assessment of current hardware and devices and provide a recommendation of software and hardware installation of upgraded/new security systems across all West Chester Township buildings to enhance safety, improve threat detection and response capabilities, and ensure reliable, modern protection for employees, residents, and visitors. The project will replace outdated equipment, integrate advanced access control and surveillance technologies, and establish consistent security standards across facilities while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and minimizing operational disruptions.
