Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a Voluntary Benefit Carrier to provide competitive group voluntary accident, critical illness, and hospital benefits to the employees of Granite School District (“District”). Currently there are around 4,950 benefit eligible employees. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single contractor. Contract Term: One year with four one-year renewal options.
