REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE LEASE OF 8,288 SF THAT CONSISTS OF 1,788 SF OF OFFICE SPACE & 6,500 SF OF UNCONDITIONED WAREHOUSE SPACE IN AUSTIN, BUDA, CEDAR CREEK, CEDAR PARK, COUPLAND, DALE, DEL VALLE, DRIPPING SPRINGS, ELGIN, HUTTO, KYLE, LEANDER, MANCHACA, MANOR, PFLUGERVILLE, ROUND ROCK OR SPICEWOOD, TEXAS FOR THE TEXAS WATER DEVELOPMENT BOARD (TWDB)

The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) has identified a need for lease space to meet the requirements of the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2167.054, TFC is soliciting offers for 8,288 SF consisting of 1,788 usable SF of office space and 6,500 usable SF of unconditioned warehouse space in the City of Austin, Buda, Cedar Creek, Cedar Park, Coupland, Dale, Del Valle, Dripping Springs, Elgin, Hutto, Kyle, Leander, Manchaca, Manor, Pflugerville, Round Rock or Spicewood in Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Hays, Travis or Williamson County, Texas, under the guidelines provided in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2167. All proposals must meet the requirements outlined in this request for proposals (RFP) to be considered for evaluation by TFC.
