The City of Ann Arbor is seeking proposals for comprehensive conservation easement monitoring services for the City of Ann Arbor Greenbelt’s 43 conservation easements and additional conservation easements as acquired over the course of the contract; baseline documentation reporting services as requested by City for new conservation easement acquisitions; and current conditions reporting services for conservation easements as requested by City or recommended by Contractor.
