Print Bid Number: 2024-02 Bid Title: HRM Amphitheater Selective Renovations Category: Construction Status: Closed Description: Notice is hereby given that the City of Morgantown will accept sealed bids for the HAZEL RUBY MCQUAIN AMPHITHEATER - SELECTIVE RENOVATIONS project, Bid Call 2024-02, located at 185 Garrett Street, Morgantown, West Virginia. The project involves the installation of concrete retaining walls, concrete sidewalks, and metal guard assemblies. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Morgantown at or before 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 27th, 2023. Sealed bids must be delivered to the (temporary) Morgantown City Hall, City Finance Office 430 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia. At that time all sealed bids will be opened and read aloud. Interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening. Any bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. Prospective bidders may purchase copies of Bidding Documents (hard copy documents) from the Architect. Digital files (in PDF format) will be provided free of charge to all General Contractors who purchase hard copies. Cost of Bidding Documents is $20 per set, plus any shipping and handling fees.
