The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (PA DOC) is no longer occupying the State Corrections Institution at Pittsburgh and requires a contractor to provide light maintenance services at the Institution. The facility consists of 31 buildings with a total area of approximately 587,000 square feet. Buildings in this facility vary between 132 years old while others are 21 years old.
