The project will a) implement a new MIS system that meets requirements identified by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Services (FNS), b) provide maintenance on that system on behalf of the COWIC program throughout the contract period, and c) enhance the system if needed to better serve COWIC participants.
