Description

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from qualified Offerors to work with CDPHE APCD for the following purposes: 1) to identify regions that are amenable to remote sensing data collection and contain facilities which are likely to emit large plumes of methane, 2) optimize the targeting frequency to maximize the probability of detecting emission events, given available satellite tasking, 3) to collect, on an on-going basis, observations of identified regions, and 4 ) rapidly and continuously provide CDPHE APCD with all relevant data products related to detected methane emission events that meet established quality control protocols.
