Medford School District School Based Mental and Behavioral Health Services Bids Due 2:00 p.m., March 26, 2026 Request for Proposal 26-00-21 Notice is hereby given that proposals will be accepted by the Medford School District’s Purchasing Office, located at 900 Kenyon St., Medford, OR 97501 until 2:00 p.m. local time, March 26, 2026 for RFP 26-00-21 School Based Mental and Behavioral Health Services. The Medford School District 549c (District) is seeking written proposals from qualified providers of school-based mental and behavioral health services for grades K-12 supporting all schools in the Medford School District. MSD District will pay up to $250,000 in start-up costs to the awardee. These school sites would be determined by the MSD with the possibility of expansion after two years. RFP may be picked up by the following methods: By calling: 541-842-1118 By downloading from the links below By emailing: Pam.Thoren@Medford.K12.OR.US The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders and (3) to reject for good cause any or all Proposals that are not in the best interest of the district (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever its is deemed in the sole opinion of the Medford School District to be in the best interest of the District.
