The proposed RA2026-1 The Pinnacle Streetscape Improvements Project is a Streetscape Improvement project that includes work to be done on West Avenue, Orchard Street, Quincy Street and Butler Street to install new crosswalks, curbs, sidewalks and other streetscape amenities including, but not limited to, street signage, street trees and lighting.
