Print Bid Title: Schifilliti Park Accessible Restroom Design Category: Current Requests for Quotes, Proposals and Bids Status: Closed Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from licensed architects and/or architecture firms for design and construction administration services to renovate the existing little league restrooms at Schifilliti Park (126 Gosse Ct, Burlington, VT 05408). Burlington’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Waterfront (BPRW) is seeking an architectural consultant to create construction-ready plans and cost estimates to renovate the restrooms at the Schifilliti Park snack shack. The existing gendered restrooms measure approximately 150 sqft each. There is not an accessible route to/from the restroom entrances, although BPRW is in the process of procuring a contractor to make improvements to the accessible route from the designated ADA parking spaces to the restrooms. This work will not make improvements to the building and the concrete apron around the building will need to be included in the redesign. The restroom redesigns should include, at a minimum, the following elements: Full Universal Accessibility One Adult-size/Adjustable changing table Gender-neutral Follow established BPRW restroom design standards Energy efficiency (water/electrical, etc.) Vandal proofing Ease of maintenance Durable, long-lasting components Full coordination between the consultant and City staff, particularly the Project Manager, is key to the project and is required throughout the design process. See the attached RFP in .pdf format for full scope of work and RFP conditions. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at the restrooms on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 beginning at 10:00 AM. FAQ
How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
