The purpose is to establish broadcast-quality video connectivity that enables the agency to engage in live or recorded national media interviews, either directly with news media outlets across the United States or via a satellite and fiber transmission hub used to relay signals to major media networks and professional video production organizations. The contractor shall provide telecommunication support services to enable the transmission and reception of high-definition (HD) broadcast signal feeds to and from the CDC Harkin Global Communication Center and major media outlets. Installation must be completed within three (3) business days following the award of the contract. Prior to installation, the contractor must submit an itemized list of all equipment, including manufacturer names and model numbers.
