Redevelopment of Sutton Park including new walkway, playground equipment, EV charging stations, drainage improvement, new bathroom facility, improvements to the existing skate park, and other improvements as shown on Contract Plans. Contract documents, including Plans and Specifications, are available on the Town of Groton Website: www.groton-ct.gov. This Contract is subject to State set-aside and contract compliance requirements. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at: 185 Fort Hill Rd (Sutton Park), February 13, 2026 at 10:00am.
