Description

Sheldon Oak Central Inc. (SOC) seeks, through a Request for Proposals (RFP), construction services in connection with rehabilitation, modernization and/or construction activities at Bacon Congregate (BC), a 23-unit residential community, plus a two-bedroom live-in staff apartment which will be bid as an alternate. SOC will select the lowest responsible qualified bidder based on the services and information below in the RFP Packet. An addendum is anticipated by Wednesday Feb. 18, 2026 related to isolated demo and plumbing replacement. Related materials are available by request. Services may include, but are not limited to: 1. structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing renovations 2. window and door replacement 3. accessibility improvements 4. kitchen and bathroom renovations 5. exterior site maintenance 6. project coordination with developer, architect, property manager and others 7. attend site visits 8. conduct meetings
