Description

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for the rental of transit furniture for use in residential buildings of the US Mission to France.

The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.  The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.   The resultant contract will be a fixed price IDIQ (indefinite delivery indefinite quantity) contract under which task orders will be issued. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov  prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.  Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.

FAQ

How do I use the Market Snapshot?

It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.

Is the data live?

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.

What do P10 and P90 mean?

P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
