Description

The City of Laramie is requesting proposals for the purchase of one (1) new custom fire pumper engine for the Laramie Fire Department in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request for Proposals documents. This procurement is being conducted as a Request for Proposals (RFP) utilizing a best value evaluation process. Award will be made to the responsible proposer whose proposal is determined to be most advantageous to the City, considering price and other evaluation factors as set forth in the RFP. Delivery shall occur within the timeframe proposed by the successful proposer. Liquidated damages for late delivery will apply as detailed in the RFP documents.
