We are an equal opportunity employer and request bids from all subcontractors including disadvantaged, minority, women, and disabled veterans and emerging small business enterprises. Discovery Road / 19th St & Sheridan Street Bicycle & Pedestrian Safety, City of Port Townsend, WA DBE Goal 8% The Discovery Rd/19th St & Sheridan St Bicycle & Pedestrian Safety project includes the following work: construct full depth asphalt pavement, planing, and asphalt overlay on Discovery Road and 19th Street; remove existing storm pipe and drainage structure; construct storm pipe and drainage structures; remove existing sidewalk, curb ramps, and curbs; construct curb ramps and sidewalk, and construct detectable warning strips; remove old signs; construct new signs; and construct pavement markings; and construct bike lane delineators. The work will also include traffic control, temporary pedestrian route maintenance, and coordination with the City for construction sequencing.
