Polygraph Services_DHS-Torrance SH

The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital (TSH) is seeking a contractor to provide POLYGRAPH SERVICES for consumers in our Sexual Responsibility Treatment Program located at State Route 1014, Torrance, PA 15779, Westmoreland County.
The term of this contract will be five years.
Quantities listed are estimates and may increase or decrease based on the needs of the facility.
Bids are due December 23, 2025, at 10:00 am and must be submitted electronically. Late bids will be
disqualified. Contractors must enter firm prices for all contracted years and provide appropriate
responses to all “Mandatory Attributes” contained in the solicitation. Failure to submit bid as
described may result in yours being rejected as a non-responsive bidder.

Contractors’ electronic submission must include the following as attachments. Failure to submit
these items may result in the rejection of the Contractor’s submission:
• The Contractor must be licensed through the American Polygrapher Association and have a minimum of two years' experience with sexual offender polygraphs. Please provide proof of this with bid submission.
