Print Bid Title: Brookings County Courthouse Roof Replacement Project Category: Requests for Proposals Status: Closed Description: Sealed bids will be received by Brookings County at the Brookings County Government Center, 520 3rd Street, Suite 210, Brookings, SD 57006, until Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 1:00 PM CST for the Brookings County Courthouse roof replacement project. Bids will be opened and read in accordance with state bid laws. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 2:00 PM CST to tour the site. Please meet at the southeast entrance of the Brookings County Courthouse, 314 6th Avenue, Brookings, SD 57006. Copies of Plans and specifications may be obtained by bidders at the designArc Group office at 424 5th Street, Suite 1, Brookings, SD 57006 or on the Brookings County website at www.brookingscountysd.gov. Bidders who request paper copies will be charged a non-refundable fee for all costs of production. Paper copies must be requested through designArc Group, Thomas Squires, 605-692-4008. Anyone requesting, reviewing, or copying the plans and specifications for this project agrees that they are doing so for the sole purpose of submitting a bid on the project. Bidder further agrees that plans and specifications are the sole property of Brookings County. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or draft in the amount of 5% of the bid and drawn on a State or National Bank, or 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to Brookings County. Brookings County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
