Description
This is a Contract in which the Contractor shall perform Elevator Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services. Contractor shall be compensated for the services in accordance with the rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, consumable and non-consumable supplies, transportation, tools, equipment, permits, license, insurance and every other item of expense to perform the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), at California State Prison, Solano (SOL), 2100 Peabody Road, Vacaville, CA 95687.
