In this packet are instructions and specifications pertaining to the bidding process on converting a basketball court in to larger pickle ball courts. All interested bidders are requested to submit their proposal to the City Clerk’s Office, 131 Church Street, Belfast, Maine 04915 on or before 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at such time bids will be open. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Pickle Ball Courts”. As a municipal agency of government, the City of Belfast Parks and Recreation Department is exempt from all Maine Sales tax The City of Belfast reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids submitted. The City also reserves the right to waive any formality or technicality. The bid award will be based on price, quality of workmanship, project references, completion timeline and which is deemed in best interest of the City.
