Description

The Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) contemplates awarding a sole source contract to Regent Education, Inc. to provide a commercial off the shelf, software as a service to provide an electronic financial aid application, similar to that of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), for persons presumed undocumented, meet residency requirements as defined in 28B.15.012(2)(a-e), and who are eligible to be considered for Washington state financial aid programs.
