Print Bid Number: 09-11 Bid Title: Building Maintenance Services for the Kalana O Maui, Kalana Pakui & Old County Courthouse Buildings Category: Construction - All Construction Status: Closed Description: INVITATION TO BIDDERS Pursuant to Chapter 103-D, HRS, sealed proposals for BUILDING MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE KALANA O MAUI, KALANA PAKUI AND OLD COUNTY COURTHOUSE BUILDINGS, Job No. 09-11 shall be received and time stamped by the Bid Receiver, Purchasing Division, Department of Finance, up to 2:00 o'clock p.m. on TUESDAY, APRIL 28, 2009 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud thereafter. This project involves providing building maintenance services for the Kalana O Maui, Kalana Pakui, and Old County Courthouse Buildings. Specifications and offer form may be obtained at the Purchasing Division, Department of Finance, located at the Wells Street Professional Center, 2145 Wells Street, Suite 104, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii 96793. The Contractor shall purchase and keep in force and effect such policy or policies of insurance, including liability insurance naming the County of Maui as an additional name-insured in an amount of not less than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) for a single person and One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for each accident. Estimated building maintenance services cost is between $50,000 - $100,000. The contractor shall comply with the current Schedule of Wage Rates Bulletin for purposes of Chapter 104, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Kalbert K.
