Description
The City of Waterbury is seeking proposals from qualified third parties for HVAC & ELECTRICAL SERVICE UPGRADES AT WASHINGTON PARK COMMUNITY CENTER. The successful Proposer shall furnish all labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to execute and properly finish the Project. There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP on February 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM on-site at the Washington Park Community Center, 283 Sylvan Avenue, Waterbury, CT. ATTENDANCE AND SIGN-IN AT THE INFORMATION SESSION IS MANDATORY. THOSE PROPOSERS LATE OR NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
