Division of Purchasing Home Division of Purchasing The Division of Purchasing is a division within the Department of Administration. We manage the purchasing policy and implementation for property acquisitions (goods and services) for state executive agencies, including solicitation, issuance, and administration of contracts and training for professional purchasing staff. Mission Our mission is to help agencies meet their missions, for the benefit of the public, through strategic procurement of goods and services.
