Print Bid Title: Amended RFQ: Site Feasibility Analysis & Design/Engineering for a Public Healthy & Safety Building Category: Current Requests for Quotes, Proposals and Bids Status: Closed Description: The City of Burlington is looking to develop a new, co-located facility that consolidates the services provided by the Central Fire Station (136 South Winooski Ave) and Police Station (1 North Ave). The new Public Health and Safety facility should accommodate the current-day needs of our fire, police and public health response system; consider the growth and future needs of the City over the next 50 years; and consider expansion to support regional public health and safety services. Future growth considerations should include the City’s population and densification of housing, anticipate needs for an aging population, and possible adaptations to how the City currently structures its delivery of public health and safety services. Facility design will be a concurrent activity with the City’s ModernGov initiative, which may integrate police and fire into a unified department and add a new division to support public health emergencies. How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
