All bids shall be clearly marked “Sealed Bid 2018-08". Each bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond, certified check or postal money order for each or all section(s) bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding.
