Description
The Hawaiʻi State Archives (HSA) is seeking to modernize and improve the retrieval services, tracking capabilities, and accurately manage its inventory of archival materials held at the Historical Records Branch. Therefore, to support this initiative, HSA is looking to procure the following equipment and will be used in conjunction with the Zaiso Versatile Enterprise Application and database that is currently being used by the State Records Center. Please see the description of the desired equipment, services, and qualification, which are attached to this solicitation.
Remove a line item that is no longer wanted at this time. Updated the attachment to this solicitation to reflect the same. To which, we extended the Q&A and the due date for this solicitation to allow vendors to review and submit their offers within a reasonable time.
