Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the acquisition of the repair of the tower elevator system located at ASDE Remote Tower (FAA) – IAH, 18210 Aldine Westfield Rd, Houston, TX 77032. See the (SOW) Statement of Work for the requirements.
The FAA intends to award a one-time, firm fixed-price contract to the lowest price, responsible offeror.
The NAICS CODE for this requirement will be 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance $12.5.
Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR.
The Offeror must submit all the following completed sections:
- A, Solicitation, Offer and Award (All highlighted areas)
- B, Supplies or Services and Price/Cost
- K, Representations and Certifications
- Business Subcontracting Plan, if necessary.
All Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management, www.SAM.gov. Per the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS), clause 3.3.1-33 System for Award Management (SAM), paragraph (b)(1) “By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation.”
