<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>The University of Florida intends to negotiate one or more license agreements to be effective on or about July 1, 2026, for the use of rooftop space dedicated to cellular telecommunication equipment at Bartram &amp; Carr Hall on the university’s main campus in Gainesville, Florida.</p><p><strong>Additional Requirements and/or Limitations:</strong></p><p>Space will be provided in “as-is” condition and any Licensee improvements shall require prior Licensor written approval.&nbsp; Any costs associated with Licensee improvements shall be the sole responsibility of Licensee.&nbsp; The space provided is intended for cellular communication equipment only.&nbsp;Distributed Antenna System (DAS) equipment is strictly prohibited.&nbsp; &nbsp;Additional requirements and/or limitations are detailed in the attached License Agreement (<strong>Exhibit A</strong>).&nbsp; Any requested revisions to the License Agreement must be submitted with proposal.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Timing:</strong></p><p>Licensee occupancy on or about July 1, 2026</p><p><strong>Rooftop Tour Date:</strong></p><p>Interested Licensees shall have the opportunity to tour the rooftop space on the date and time listed below.&nbsp; This tour will begin promptly at the designated time and late attendees will not be provided access once the tour begins.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bartram &amp; Carr Hall – <strong>March 18, 2026, at 9:00AM EST</strong>.&nbsp; University staff will meet interested Licensees outside Bartram Hall (876 Newell Drive, Gainesville, FL 32611) near the rear, ground floor entrance on the southern side of the building.&nbsp; Meeting location is described in section B of the documentation.</li></ul><p><strong>Location and Space Details:</strong></p><p>The location of Bartram and Carr Hall is detailed in&nbsp;<strong>Section C </strong>of the documentation.</p><ul><li>Bartram Hall Rooftop Space:&nbsp; 876 Newell Drive, Gainesville, FL 32611<ul><li>Available space includes the following (see <strong>Section D</strong>):<ul><li>Two equipment platforms</li><li>Six non-exclusive antenna platforms (13 available antenna pole mounts)</li><li>Two, ground level generator pads suitable for natural gas-powered generators</li></ul></li><li>Power:&nbsp; 120/208v / 3 phase</li><li>Fiber:&nbsp; Pathways available for Licensee to run fiber to rooftop location</li><li>Building height:&nbsp; approximately 102 feet (to roof deck)</li></ul></li><li>Carr Hall Rooftop Space:&nbsp; 882 Newell Drive, Gainesville, FL 32611<ul><li>Available space includes the following (see Section D):<ul><li>One equipment platform</li><li>Two non-exclusive antenna platforms (6 available antenna pole mounts)</li></ul></li><li>Power:&nbsp; 120/208v / 3 phase</li><li>Fiber:&nbsp; Pathways available for Licensee to run fiber to rooftop location</li><li>Building height:&nbsp; approximately 102 feet (to roof deck)</li></ul></li></ul>
