Description: LEGAL NOTICESUPPLEMENTAL ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICESWITHIN THE CITY OF SOLONBID NO. 26009Sealed Qualification Statements will be received by the Director of Finance of the City of Solon, at Solon City Hall, 34200 Bainbridge Road, Solon, Ohio 44139 until 4:00 p.m., Cleveland Time on the 27th day of March, 2026, for Supplemental On-Site Construction Inspection Services within the City of Solon, in accordance with the Request for Qualifications as prepared by John J. Busch, City Engineer, 34200 Bainbridge Road, Solon, Ohio 44139Copies of the Request for Qualifications are on file at the office of the City Engineer, where they are available for inspection by prospective respondents. Respondents are responsible to make arrangements for inspection and pickup of the documents during weekday business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must be obtained through this office at no charge. The RFQ can be emailed to interested respondents upon request.All Statements of Qualifications must be made in the manner and format described in the RFQ or as revised formally by an addendum. Each statement must be in strict compliance with all conditions in the RFQ. In order for a Statement of Qualifications to be considered, the RFQ must be obtained from the location described above. Each Statement of Qualifications must contain the name of each person, firm or corporation interested in the same.No respondent may withdraw their Statement of Qualifications within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof.The City of Solon does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age and disabled status in employment or provision of service.All questions during the proposal period must be submitted in writing to the attention of John J.
