Description

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified suppliers that can provide a switch solution that includes all related systems, management consoles and advanced services. The need for a robust, pervasive, and immediate solution is necessary to provide network infrastructure switch systems and services for Canyons School District. This RFP is designed to provide interested Suppliers with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit a proposal’s content or exclude any relevant or essential data. All proposal preparation costs and any associated activities related to this RFP are the sole responsibility of the Supplier. When using Utah State Contract pricing, please reference a contract number. All solicitation responses must be submitted electronically through Euna Procurement, powered by Ionwave. All procurement-related inquiries relative to this bid must be submitted through the questions tab in Euna Procurement, powered by Ionwave and will be answered through Euna Procurement, powered by Ionwave up to the Q & A deadline. Proposals will be opened electronically within five (5) business days of the closing of the solicitation. NOTE: 1) It is our intent to award this RFB and contract(s) shortly after total purchase has been approved by Canyons School Board at the March 24, 2026 Board Meeting. Once done, a meeting will be schedule to discuss schedule and priorities. 2) The contract start date will be listed to start after April 1, 2026 ADDENDUM 1: Removed attachment CSD Purchasing Terms and Conditions - Revised 5/9/23 and replaced with CSD Purchasing Standard Terms & Conditions - rev.
