Description: The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (the “County”) to obtain proposals from qualified organizations to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the provision of Parent Support Partner (PSP) services to individuals enrolled in the County’s Intensive Care Coordination (ICC)/High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) program through the Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse & Developmental Services (MHSADS). The County anticipates awarding a one (1) year contract with up to four (4) additional one (1) year renewal options for a maximum five (5) year contract for the services.
