This Project will be done in conjunction with the WV Department of Highways’ Campus Drive and Beechurst Intersection Improvement Project scheduled to begin construction in the spring/summer of 2022. 1st Street is approximately 115 feet long and is situated between Beechurst Avenue and Hall Street.
