Description
The East Lyme Public Schools is soliciting sealed Fee Proposal from qualified Firms. The Bid Specification outline was prepared on behalf of the East Lyme Public Schools for the State mandated 5-Year IDAQ Report. To comply with the Connecticut state law for the 5-year HVAC inspection, All Public Schools must: • Conduct the required inspection and evaluation. • Make results of each inspection publicly available; and • Submit the appropriate form to DAS. The 5-year IDAQ inspection must be completed by a certified professional (i.e., a testing, adjusting and balancing technician, an industrial hygienist certified by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene or the Board for Global EHS Credentialing, or a mechanical engineer) and cover the criteria outlined in C.G.S. § 10-220(d)(3).
