It is the intent of the SC Department of Social Services, (SCDSS), to establish a Non-therapeutic Qualified Providers List able to support family foster homes that are needed to service children of all ages who have been abused, neglected, threatened with harm, experienced trauma, exposed to domestic violence, grown up in dysfunctional family, or experienced multiple placements.
